The following recipe comes from Food Wine Fun:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees;
Salmon:
Ingredients:

7- 4 oz salmon fillets
1 lemon, juiced
3 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/4 red onion, diced
4 tablespoons EVO
salt/pepper to taste
