Ingredients:
2 halibut filets aproximately 1″ thick
1/2 lb asparagus, woody ends removed, cut asparagus into 1 ” dice
1 small shallot, finely diced
1 small rib celery
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper
